What KATI Collects
KATI collects only what it needs to help you in that moment. If you ask about a health clinic, KATI uses your question to find an answer. It does not build a profile of you. It does not track what you ask over time. It does not connect your questions to your identity unless you choose to create an account.
No Account Required
You do not need to sign up, log in, or provide any personal information to use KATI. No email. No phone number. No name. The tool works without knowing who you are.
Where Your Data Lives
Data generated through KATI is stored locally, within Ktown infrastructure — not on a corporate cloud platform outside the community's control. It stays where the community can see it and govern it.
Your Rights
You have the right to access anything KATI holds about you. You have the right to correct it. You have the right to delete it. These are not optional features — they are how the system works.
Anonymous Access
For undocumented residents, survivors of domestic violence, and anyone else with heightened privacy needs, anonymous interaction is available. KATI does not require you to explain why you want privacy.
What We Will Never Do
Sell your data. License it to third parties. Use it for advertising or profiling. Share it with partners as a condition of funding. Hand it to law enforcement without a legal requirement and community transparency.
Privacy is not a policy we wrote. It is a structure we built.
